This monograph addresses the use of the solidarity economy as a strategy for the development of actions aimed at citizen empowerment, within the scope of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), from community garden projects oriented towards the sustainability of people in situations of street and families in situations of vulnerability and social risk. The problem of the study is how to generate income, autonomy and citizen empowerment of homeless people and low-income families, both in situations of vulnerability and social risk? The hypothesis that guides this monograph is through the use of Sabesp's right of way, or the external area of the São Paulo Expo Exhibition Pavilion, by the surrounding community or by people in street situation, both socially vulnerable, allows the local empowerment, the promotion of citizenship and income generation, based on the implementation of the solidarity and circular economy. Theoretically and methodologically, bibliographic research and content analysis were prioritized, guided by Paul Singer's approaches, in the conceptual perspective of solidary economy, relating to the Portuguese interpretation of Boaventura de Souza Santos, the look of Ricardo Antunes, on the goodbye to work, the analysis of Yunus' popular economy, complemented by Sposati and Yazbek's views on public policy, Guerreiro's reflection and Henri Lefebvre's thought-provoking reflection on the theory of everyday life. As a result, the critical analysis of the data collected from the successful community garden projects implemented in the easements of the São Paulo Basic Sanitation Company (SABESP) and in the Urban Social Garden of the Associação de Resgate à Cidadania por Amor was valued. to Humanity (ARCAH).

This study refers to late adoption and aims to investigate the factors involved in the conception of future adopters that lead them to refute the idea of late adoption and how the social worker can contribute to clarifying and demystifying erroneously preconceived ideas. The work constitutes a bibliographic review about the phenomenon of late adoption in the current Brazilian scenario, with emphasis on the contradiction between the idealized child and institutionalized children. Because of this, the research through theoretical deepening intends to encourage a discussion within the professional social worker on a subject that is still so stigmatized.

The present study is faced with the expressions of the social question: it seeks to understand the professional performance in the reception of women victims of sexual violence, and the services offered to women who find themselves in this situation. This is a bibliographic research and in order to develop this research, the following steps were estimated: identify the problem of the proposed theme, search in the current literature, data and information that work with the problem, evaluate the integrity and relevance of the data, analyze the information and data arranged in the previously selected content and presentation of the synthesis of knowledge in search of answers to the proposed question. It is hoped to obtain as a result of this research, the current situation of sexual violence against women, exploring how they have been helped in their journey, especially by the social worker, presenting in the most concrete way possible, solutions and prevention methods.

This Course Completion Work aims to raise the way in which the articulation in the Protection Network in domestic violence against women is carried out, specifically in the municipality of Praia Grande, SP. The monograph also addresses the Capital versus Work process, its advancement and its ills as a consequence of the relationship between Men within the capitalist system. Finally, it will approach the Protection Network as an instrument for an intervention, in addition to better understanding the work of the social worker in the Network, it will be possible to reflect on social relationships and their particularities at different times.

The objective of this study is to think of social vulnerability as a factor that leads to the practice of child labor. What measures are taken to face this expression of the social issue and what are the contributions of the Social Service in the protection of these children and adolescents. This study was based on bibliographic and documental research. And it is expected with this study to present, within the possibilities of action of the social worker, existing policies and ways to eradicate the practice of child labor. Based on the principle that children and adolescents are subjects of rights, and must have their social protection ensured. It can be concluded that those who are in a situation of poverty or misery are the ones most subject to this reality, due to the social vulnerability and risk they experience, caused by the absence of public policies that represent them.

This conclusion work of the Social Work course has as general objective to analyze the contradiction between the access to rights and the social control exercised by the State in relation to the homeless population in the city of Guarujá in the state of São Paulo. The desire for the homeless population theme arose from the experience in a mandatory curricular internship at the Center for Assistance to the Homeless Population - Centro POP - in the city of Guarujá - SP, and from the reflection resulting from this experience on the guarantee of rights of this demand and the importance of discussing how to be assertive in the service and purposeful in guaranteeing the rights of this part of the population. The work was elaborated from the perspective of the historical process of formation of the street population phenomenon, the reading of the contradictions experienced by this demand until the attendance through the existing Public Policies in the Municipality. It is expected as a result of this study to contribute to the debate and record regarding the fulfillment of this demand in the municipality of Guarujá-SP, highlighting the current public policies, the reflection on these and the actions that the Social Assistance policy addresses for this demand. , as well as the potential of these Policies in the city of Guarujá - SP.

This research was developed as a way to show families who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) patients, the knowledge about the social and public policies belonging to this target audience, since many of the patients and their families have difficulties about what are the rights that the TEA holder has, when and how to appeal those rights. The expected result is the social integration of the autistic. For this to occur, the autistic person must have an interdisciplinary team that is focused on social integration and public and social policies that meet this demand. The social worker can contribute by acting together with the family in the search for their rights.

In this monograph, it is intended to promote a reflection on the importance and the aspects that permeate the performance of the Social Worker in the Education policy. In this sense, the discussion starts from the capital x work relationship, in which the Education Policy, based on the struggles of the working class for the recognition of their social rights, became an important condition in the process of producing a conscience of its own and autonomous, but at the same time, an important instrument for reproducing the ideology of the capitalist system, which expresses the tensions and conflicts of this relationship in schools. The objective of this work is to identify the factor by which the transsexual has difficulty entering the job market, and to identify the mechanisms of technical intervention that the social worker uses, to guarantee their rights and fight against any type of prejudice. The expected result is that the study allows the social worker to have a critical look at the social issue, and also to indicate viable ways to empower the transsexual and guide their citizenship status and social subject.

This research project aims to present the importance of accessibility in public schools for children and adolescents with physical disabilities. Through bibliographic research, qualitative data and statistical data, it is possible to perceive the Brazilian lack and the legal non-compliance with regard to education for people with disabilities. This lack affects not only the lives of these people, but also their families. In this context, it is up to the social worker to act in the guarantee of rights that are guaranteed by law, in addition to an articulation, together with a multidisciplinary team, between the student, the family and the school. It is expected that, in the end, the project, after showing the reality of social inclusion, will bring an analysis and reflection on the conditions of accessibility and social inclusion of children and adolescents with physical disabilities, based on the action of public policies, lack of of professional preparation and lack of investment in infrastructure.

This paper presents the role of Social Work in the bonds of Brazilian justice in a synthesis of the problematization of motherhood in Women's Penitentiaries. The research identified the characteristics of women in a maternity situation in the female prison system, analyzed the difficulties that these women and professionals face to obtain and effect respect for human rights. Also coming to investigate how the female prison system works, its historical context and the importance of the social worker in acting in a critical and interventional way in the care of women in maternity situation in the female prison system.

The present work sought to historically support the legislative evolution of the adoption process in Brazil. Analyzing and understanding the reality of the work of the social worker, through its ethical political process that emphasizes the importance of this work in the adoption process. The study brought the concept of contemporary family to the importance of family life for children and adolescents. Therefore, the present work aims to present the professional practice of the Social Worker in the adoption process, for which a qualitative bibliographic research was carried out, since there is a need for this research to take the form of a dialogue with the authors on the subject.

This work presents a methodological approach based on the history of the LGBTQI+ Movement, focusing on the aspects that exclude this segment of social demands and the main consequences that the community suffers without the attention of the State for the creation of public policies that understand all aspects of those involved within it. of the social movement and, also, the creation of concrete laws to protect them, in order to reduce and/or eradicate prejudice against freedom of expression and, more importantly, the sexual diversity that is so prevalent in Brazil.
